Killeen Warming Shelter

Killeen will open up the warming shelter at the Killeen Community Center tonight  through Thursday morning, from 6 pm to 8 am Thursday. The Killeen Community Center is at 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd.  The shelter is open for anyone who needs a place to stay during the freezing weather...

Though the weather warmed up today, we are still expecting a cold night, with temperatures in the 30's.  That's why the Killeen Community Center at 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd. will be open as a warming shelter tonight (Feb 12) from 6 p.m. until 8 a.m. Thursday.
