Disney and the Clear Creek Exchange teamed up to host a Super Hero Training Day at Fort Hood this weekend.

The photos and videos of the event showing up online are pretty cute. KCENTV reports that around 400 children got to attend the event. Their video shows the kiddos having a blast with Hulk gloves, Thor's hammer, and Captain America's shield.

Coming back later this year will be the Jedi Knight Training Day. This event is pretty impressive as well. In the past the 501st Legion has been in attendance. This is worth seeing in person! If ya can't go to Disney to see Star Wars, let Disney and the 501st bring it to central Texas.

I never got to do Jedi Knight Training camp as a kid, but I do remember getting Darth Vader's autograph once. Dad and I stood in line to meet him. For the photo, Vader pretended to be choking my Dad just like some Death Star General. I thought it was the funniest thing ever. Go enjoy fun stuff like this with your kiddos. They'll remember it for a long time.
