Stevie Ray Vaughan Gave The Coolest Sound Check Ever

We've all been at a concert, waiting for the main act to come on, when some smoked out roadie comes out on stage and starts checking the instruments, and the microphones.

"Check. Check. Check one. Check one. Check one two three."

Then he sits behind the drum kit and start banging on each drum till he gets a signal from another smoked out roadie in the sound booth.

Moving to the guitars, he strums a few chords. If he's cool, he'll play the beginning of "Free Bird", just to tease the crowd a bit.

But, the coolest, most amazing sound check ever captured on film, was from the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan. He mosey's out on stage, looking a bit hung over, dressed in a 101 Dalmatians coat and sporting a cowboy hat, and precedes to do this. And remember, this is just a sound check.
