Silver Santa Program Now Accepting Donations

The Fourth year of the Silver Santa Program is underway.

The Belton Police Department release a statement saying that they're looking for donation for the Silver Santa Program.

The donations will go to help fill Christmas gift baskets for the Belton senior adults who participate in the RUOK? outreach program.

Now is the time to go purchase some items, then, beginning November 9th, you can place the items in donations boxes at the following locations...

- Belton PD

- Belton Chamber of Commerce

-Belton McDonald's

Belton Walmart will also have prepackaged Silver Santa gift bags available for purchase.

If you want to buy items to donate, the following items are what they need.

• Puzzles/Word Books

• Large Print Playing Cards

• Therma Care Pads
