The city of San Antonio is gonna try it again! MySanAntonio.com reports that the Alliance of American Football will announce the city of San Antonio as it's 8th and final member for the upcoming 2019 football season. A press conference has been scheduled around noon today in which the team planned on introducing their Head Coach and General Manager.

The Alliance of American Football plays a 10-week schedule that begins the week after the NFL's Superbowl. The team is expected to have 50 players. They will be announcing their logo and mascot soon! The San Antonio team will play their games inside the Alamodome and will match up against teams in teams in Atlanta; Birmingham, Alabama; Memphis, Tenn.; Orlando, Fla.; Phoenix; Salt Lake City; and San Diego.

The Wings and The Gunslingers have both been Pro football teams in San Antonio before. Let's hope the new team has a successful run!
