Killeen Named Most Patriotic City in Texas

Killeen, Texas has been named the most patriotic city in Texas by the online car insurance group Insurify.

To determine the most patriotic community in each state the company looks for applicants who have an active or former service member on their auto policy. No surprise that Killeen and Fort Hood would lead the way.

Coming up this Memorial Day Weekend will be another chance to show off that patriotic spirit at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. A flag laying ceremony will be held this weekend at 8 am on Saturday, May 26th.
