The Texans have dodged a lot of bullets when it comes to injuries this summer, but they couldn’t dodge them all.

After linebacker Keyaron Fox went down yesterday with a knee injury, they announced today he’d be out for the season.

To replace him on the roster, they signed veteran Omar Gaither, according to Tania Ganguli of the Houston Chronicle.

Gaither spent last year with the Panthers but didn’t do much, after playing his first five years in Philadelphia.

The Texans have survived minor injuries to players such as defensive end J.J. Watt, wide receiver Andre Johnson, left tackle Duane Brown and cornerback Kareem Jackson missing time.
