It’s Recess at Work Day

It’s Recess at Work Day! Cover up the computers!  Put away the tools, park the forklift, and get ready for some games!

You are supposed to play at work today. You don't have to do it all day, just take some recess time.   You can play Uno or Monopoly if you want. But you could also go outside for some kickball, or dodgeball or my favorite tether ball.

How about some Red Rover?  Or Red Light- Greenlight?  Remember those? Grab the chalk and make a hopscotch or a 4 square court. Play something, Tag, that's easy!

Recess is a great stress reliever, so go outside blow off some steam and I bet you will come back in refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the boring work day.

Or in my case somebody will have to take me to the hospital to treat the ankle I sprained rounding first base in kickball!
