The City of Belton continues to grow while somehow maintaining that charming, small town feel. Now, the City Council is asking for the public's input on updates to a long-term planning document that will guide future growth.

The City's Comprehensive Plan is available at City Hall (333 Water St.) and online at beltontx.gov. The plan details the growth Belton has already experienced, the quality of life of residents, and where the City hopes to see improvement and growth in areas such as transportation, industry, recreation, and entertainment.

Written comments are accepted by email (planning@beltontexas.gov), traditional mail (P.O. Box 120, Belton, TX 76513), or by hand delivery to City Hall. The deadline for submitting comments and suggestions is Monday, June 19.
