Farmers Almanac Releases Details of Texas Winter

The summer was quite mild. Will the winter be as well? Farmers say no.

The worst part of a Texas winter is freezing rain. Hate freezing rain. It's the reason I'd never live in Nebraska, besides it being Nebraska. The mid-west is subject to all the winter fun, hot, cold, freezing, blizzards, freezing rain. It's always been my goal to be on the fringe. Which is why I enjoy living in states that border Canada or Mexico.

The Farmers Almanac has split Texas into two. Cold & Snowy. Cold and Wet. Guess where the line splits. Yep, right across Central Texas. It pretty much guarantees us freezing rain this year. Lets hope the farmers are wrong.
