Kids aged 5-12 are invited out to the Back to School Splash Bash at Long Branch Park, August 16 from 6-8 pm.
Five and six years olds can enjoy the Splash Pad with games and prizes.
Children ages seven to 12 can hop in the pool for races, challenges and prizes.
Everyone is invited to enjoy a free outdoor showing of the movie Space Jam beginning at dusk at Long Branch Park.
Local organizations including Girl Scouts, the Youth Advisory Commission and the Killeen Library will be there with information about their programs.
A school supply drive will be onsite during the Splash Bash for students in need So bring your donations please.
Items will be donated to children August 23 at Faith Point Church.
