The first Hood Howdy of the year is happening February 6 at Club Hood, (24th Street at Tank Destroyer Boulevard, Bldg. 5764). from 10 am -2 pm.

Newcomers can learn about Fort Hood and the local community.  All the Fort Hood organizations will be there with booths full of information and free stuff.   Register in the Family Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Room for a chance to win a 16 GB, iPad 2.

Over 100 area businesses and agencies, will also be there along with a Mini Job Fair, door prizes and refreshments

Hood Howdy is a family friendly event, full of information about your new hometown and neighbors.

Everybody is welcome, but you must get a visitor’s pass if you do not have a DOD sticker on your vehicle.
