Hey Gang,

We've all, at one time or another, have binged on something we shouldn't have.  It being Friday, I want to try to be a positive influence.  So, here is a video showing a few unique ways to burn 200 calories.  I guess in a delusional world, it's permission to have a peanut butter cup for breakfast...Your welcome?

 

My Big Q Tip....Choose the "Chewing Gum" option.  This way you can snap it, and maybe, drive someone crazy.  Which, as we all know, is a Friday bonus. ;)
