Big Q Hit – Favorite Song from the 80’s – Moving Pictures “What About Me”

Rumor mill has started around work about adding more hits to the library.  Figured I'd take this time to through my 2 cents in on my favorite 80's song.  It's from the Australian Rock Band Moving Pictures.  Its called "What About Me".  It wasn't a major hit in the U.S., only reaching #29, but it was the 2nd biggest song of 1982 in Australia.  The song was written by Garry Frost and Frances Swan.  Garry was taking lunch from his day job of working with Autistic children, when he noticed a young boy waiting to be served at the counter but was being ignored.  Garry tweaked the story a little and this was the result.
