Dancing with the Stars is on again, showcasing why stars, who are no longer shinning as bright as they once did, should stick with what made them bright stars in the first place.

But the people judging them, to me, are the key to the show. I always find myself asking Who are these people?  Why in the world are they taking this so seriously?  What makes them such "experts" in the first place?

Well, now we know.

You may know Dancing with the Stars judge Bruno Tonioli as the bold and brash judge known for his outrageous commentary on the ABC hit show. It's moments like these that have made him famous:

We now have an opportunity to see just where the  Dancing with the Stars judge  got his "expertise" as a dancer from.

Tonioli was a dancer in Elton John's video, "I'm Still Standing" (straight from his infamous cocaine cowboy days).See if you recognize the famous loud-mouthed judge from the ABC show.

I'll give him one thing...he seems very committed to his art! And nothing says "dance expert" like a bathing suit and studded belt combo.
