A&M Student Captures Chance Encounter at Houston Airport

KWTX shared a photo captured by a Texas A&M Student at the Houston Airport this week that features Beto O'Rourke and Ted Cruz shaking hands after this month's election.

Student Tiffany Easter posed with them and shared the photo on social media calling the moment "picture perfect". Both men are said to have met 'by chance' at the Houston airport this week. Both men exchanged pleasantries and how they could move things forward following the most expensive senate race in Texas history.

Easter wrote online that,"Beto noticed Cruz sitting down and walked over to congratulate him on his reelection and campaign." With all the ridiculous things going on in the country from the Florida recounts to the funny business at the border or the horrific wildfires in California, at least the dust seems to have settled between Ted and Beto for now. It's a good thing to see.
