Alice Tristan’s Waco Christmas Light Display Returns for the Holidays

A Central Texas holiday tradition returns to Waco! Alice Tristan was picked up in the national spotlight in 2017 as she was selected to compete in the network series 'The Great Light Fight'. Her display was selected as the national winner.

Tristan's light display was turned on Monday night for the 42nd straight year. Her Christmas lights have been a local favorite for many for decades but last year's televised competition has helped her to stand out even more. Texans from all over the state travel to the Waco area to check out her light display.

Tristan told KWTX News 10, “I just love Christmas. I do it for the kids.”

Tristan said she has added even more lights this year and even more decorations to her lawn. You can see her amazing light display through Sunday, January 6th in Waco. The home is located at North 28th and Proctor in Waco.
