7th Annual Quesoff to Benefit the Central Texas Food Pantry

Quesoff is coming back for its 7th year on Saturday, August 26th!

Quesoff is everything it sounds like! For the love of all things melted cheese!

The event returns to The Mohawk at 912 Red River St. in Austin. Around 30 vendors from restaurants, professional chefs, home cooks, and neighbors will all participate competing in 4 queso categories - Meaty, Spicy, Veggie, and Wild Card!

The queso masters will compete for an overall "Best in Show" award decided by the judges

Doors open at 2pm on the 26th at The Mohawk - Austin. Bags of Chips go for $5 bucks. Queso fans - this is a must attend event! The variety of queso is legendary!  You will also see originals like Queso Ice Cream, Tandoori Queso, and other authentic creations!

Austin Mayor Steve Adler, the 'mayor of all quesos', also plans to attend.

Quesoff benefits the Central Texas Food Bank. Admission is a $2 donation or two canned goods. Quesoff is sponsored by Lone Star Beer, Sound on Sound Fest, and the Say Queso Photobooth.
